Solution for the diagnosis of sexually transmitted infections
Enables early detection of infections, contributing to the prevention of long-term complications associated with STIs such as Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis and other pathogens responsible for the main sexually transmitted infections.
Simultaneous STI identification
Detection of the main pathogens causing STIs in a single test.
Results in a few hours
DNA Flow technology for a fast and reliable diagnosis
Identification of co-infections
Maximum diagnostic reliability
MonkeyPox Virus Real Time PCR Kit
MAD-003969M – 50 determinations
Kit information
The Monkeypox Virus Real Time PCR kit is a kit that allows the qualitative detection of the virus causing monkeypox, covering the Congo Basin (Central Africa) and West African variants.
The target for the detection of the monkeypox virus is the F3L gene.
STD Direct FLOW CHIP
Simultaneous detection of 12 pathogens causing sexually transmitted diseases
MAD-003938M-HS – 24 determinations
Kit information
The STD Direct Flow Chip kit allows the simultaneous detection of 12 pathogens (Chlamydia trachomatis (serovars A-K), Chlamydia trachomatis (serovars L1-L3), Haemophilus ducreyi, Herpes simplex virus 1, Herpes simplex virus 2, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Treponema pallidum, Trichomonas vaginalis and Ureaplasma (urealyticum/parvum).
It also detects the human beta globin gene as an internal quality control for the starting material and amplification.
To avoid contamination with previous PCR products, the Mix contains the enzyme Uracil DNA glycosylase (Cod-UNG), which degrades PCR products containing dUTP.
Molecular diagnosis of sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
Advanced solutions for the fast and accurate detection of the main pathogens causing STIs. Early identification of these infections is essential to prevent complications, reduce transmission and improve the sexual and reproductive health of patients.
The Vitro kit allows the simultaneous detection of multiple infectious agents associated with STIs using DNA Flow technology with reverse hybridisation, providing reliable results for differential diagnosis, detection of co-infections and clinical monitoring in molecular microbiology laboratories.
